Things are changing. Good or bad, right or wrong – let’s talk about a different aspect of rapid change:
Opportunity. When things change quickly, you can spend your time worrying or get into the game.
I’ve experienced a few of these massive shifts in my life, and I have learned that while others are focused on problems, inverting and focusing on opportunities can be life-changing.
One example:
I am spending more time studying industrial equipment, particularly the used and refurbished market. I am also reaching out to auction companies that sell this equipment.
Companies like Ferguson are accepting offers of 4% of the retail prices on new industrial equipment. Mind-blowing.
I am learning.
In the short term, it will be much less expensive for companies to buy equipment located in the U.S., and since I know the system for success in the auction and liquidation business, I will be a resource for those companies.
Shift your mindset to become a valuable asset while others can only focus on chaos, and you will thrive.
