I believe in the power of action so much that I’ve learned to reduce analysis paralysis by making myself build in public quickly.
Succeed or fail, I’m going to learn something.
Two months ago, I launched the Reseller Rocket as an experiment. And the first thing I did was tell everyone in our Reseller Mastermind.
This is a snapshot of a video I made, talking about how I wanted to try this experiment.
I had a sense that some members wanted more. Because I felt that I wanted more.
More time with individual members
More wins, more problems to solve
More interaction with higher-level members
So, I thought about creating a cohort, a small group of highly motivated Resellers who wanted more.
But I had never created a cohort before.
And I had the usual concerns:
- Would anyone join?
- Could I add enough value?
- Did I have enough time?
- What should it cost?
You know, the stuff that usually slows us down and stops us in our tracks.
Instead of thinking about it for months and stressing over every detail, I just launched a signup form and started gathering feedback.
And I learned that indeed there was interest. That I was not the only one who wanted more.
The Reseller Rocket launched in March with a small group of 15 Entrepreneurs. We have regular group calls, a Slack workspace with daily check-ins, and much more.
And I love it.
- This week, one member hit $7,000 in sales.
- Another automated their sourcing research.
- Someone built an AI catalog, and the whole group jumped in to improve it.
- We dropped a brand-new training program worth $497 that's free for Rocketeers.
- Tactics are being shared and implemented, wins are being celebrated, and problems are being solved.

What a week! The energy in the group has been incredible. We had major product announcements, members crushing it with sales, and some really smart conversations about scaling and systems. Here’s a peek inside the Reseller Rocket community this week.
🎉 BIG ANNOUNCEMENT: LIVE SELLING UNLOCKED
This week, I gave all Rocketeers free early access to our brand-new training program, Live Selling Unlocked. This is a $497 program that we’ve been building for months, and it’s included in the Rocket membership at no extra cost. The program goes live publicly next week, but our cohort members got a head start.
🏆 WIN OF THE WEEK
One of our members is on track for a $7,000 month in May and just upgraded to a 10x20 storage unit because demand has been so high. He credits advice from fellow cohort members for helping him level up his rug reselling game.
He also built a customer-facing product catalog using AI so buyers can browse his inventory before meeting in person. The group loved it and jumped in with feedback to make it even better. On top of that, he had a call with B-Stock and they’re now looking at creating new vendor partnerships in his region. This is what happens when you take action and leverage the community.
🔥 HOT CONVERSATIONS THIS WEEK
- Managing FBM Message Overload: A member asked the group for advice on handling a flood of Facebook Marketplace responses after implementing strategies from the cohort. The group brainstormed solutions: text shortcuts with a link to a product catalog, setting specific pickup times, and automating initial replies. Another member pointed out that an overwhelming response could also signal that pricing is too low a great problem to have!
- The Highly Responsive Badge: One member asked about getting the “highly responsive” badge on FBM. A top seller in the group shared his secret: a custom notification sound for Marketplace messages so he never misses one. Speed is everything serious buyers won’t wait around.
- Automated Buy Offers on eBay: A member discovered that major brands have automated buy offers for certain product categories on eBay. List the product and you get an offer within a minute. Others chimed in with sourcing tips for finding these products at auction sites. This is the kind of intel the group uncovers together.
- Research and Data Scraping: Members discussed the best way to research what sells locally on FBM. Shannon dropped a tutorial video on scraping data from Facebook. Another member shared his full research process, including tools and pricing strategies. Knowledge sharing like this is what makes the cohort so powerful.

- Member A: Built an automated auction scanning script that cuts manual research from over an hour to just 10 minutes. Sold a large item to free up storage space. Now at 200+ eBay reviews with a 99.5% positive rating. Proactively setting up peer-to-peer calls with other members to learn sourcing methods.
- Member B: Building a custom mega product display setup, doing inventory, and taking product photos. Excited to try live selling after early access to the new training program. Also researching tools for collecting customer reviews.
- Member C: Posted accountability action items: complete 20 cross-listed items, finish a workshop outline, and set up a new live selling channel. Exploring coaching opportunities and had a productive 1:1 strategy call with Shannon.
- Member D: Building a custom operations app to streamline his reselling workflow. Plans to schedule a 1:1 with Shannon to discuss scaling. Focusing on monetizing existing inventory before reinvesting in new purchases.
- Member E: Shared an article about the state of newsletters in 2026, sparking ideas for members thinking about building email lists and buyer newsletters.
