This newsletter is where I share the real strategies, systems, and revenue streams that have created my uncommon life. If you’re building something of your own, you’re in the right place.

If you’re new here, I’m the auction guy you probably saw on Insta, YouTube or X. You may have downloaded my Auction Starter Guide with the lists of all the auction sites and tips on getting started.

Thanks for being here Reader. Let's get right into it.

Do you need a warehouse to make millions?

No way!

If you have a warehouse, can you sell big, profitable items?

You bet!

Today, I am starting a 3-week series on selling small and large items with a Decision Matrix to help you pin down what is right for you.

I’ll also be sharing some updates at the end of each week, so be sure you scroll all the way down.

Let’s roll with the tiny items first.

Don’t have much storage space?

I sold $3.7 million with four storage racks in my office.

You have plenty of space.

You just need the right product.

Here are the best small items to resell with limited space.

1. Handbags

Women go crazy over deals on bags.

You can make more profit selling used/vintage bags than new ones.

Handbags are lightweight and don’t take up much room. See for yourself.

One of our $5 Reseller Mastermind members has built a six-figure business selling handbags after working with me for a few months! Join Aviva and reach out to her for help.

2. Watches

Another emotional item to sell.

You can store $100K in watches in your desk drawer.

The key to this product category is extensive research.

3. Health and Beauty

When face cream costs $500 for a 2-oz container, you know there’s money to be made.

Learn about expiration dates and study brands like La Mer

4. Jewelry

Why do you think there are so many “We Buy Gold” stores online and IRL?

Find a niche in this market and own it.

5. Shoes

Sneakers, high heels, and designer boots.

Research the most popular sizes and only stock those.

Live selling has changed the game for shoes and apparel.

6. Hardware

Deals like this are hidden gems that you can store in your garage.

Don’t ignore “boring” categories.

AI is changing our world, whether we like it, or not. I use AI every single day in my businesses. You should be using it too. The Superhuman AI newsletter has been a game-changer for me to keep up with the latest tools, prompts and agents.

It's free and you can join me in making AI work for us here: 👇

7. Apparel

Only buy designer brands.

Even better, NFL, MLB, or NBA gear.

People go nuts over their teams, and branded gear always sells.

Did I mention how live selling has changed the game?

I talk more about this on the Chris Koerner podcast.

8. Toys

Learn the Lego game.

Seasonal arbitrage can make you rich.

These small package items can be stored anywhere.

9. Phones

Smartphones can be a golden ticket to building wealth.

Buy from companies like Samsung, GameStop, LoopRL, and others.

You will need to be agile to move inventory quickly in this low-margin, high-volume business.

10. Etsy

Take this concept and run with it.

You don’t need a warehouse to change your life.

Do research before buying. Start small and make mistakes as you learn. Ramp up as your knowledge increases.

But what about big stuff? Join me next week for a breakdown of how to buy and profit from selling large items.

We had a terrific Mastermind Meetup in Nashville last week!

From brand new resellers to those selling over $1M per year, there was something for everyone. The power of meeting in person is incredible, and we are already planning our next IRL event.

Thanks for making it to the bottom of the email! I’ll be back with you next week with part 2 of this series.

Have a profitable week!
